From my heart to yours, I want to speak about the book Miracle Out Of The Mud.  When I began to write the story, I was committed to staying with the hard facts of our difficult journey,  Yes ours--because terminal illness has a broad span, effecting family and close friends.  Though it was not easy to go back and relive the raw emotions, I do not regret doing so.

It's been a few years since the release of this testimony of surviving two terminal cancers, eight years apart.  And every day I rise from a bight of rest and face another day, 'my miracle out of the mud' becomes greater.  God has  entrusted me with some deep scars in order to have the privilege of reaching very desperate people and understanding the "mud" they're experiencing.

 

It may surprise you to know that I do not deem cancer to be the greatest tragedy.  Many worse circumstances come to mind--the loss of a child--a broken relationship--being rejected by another person--or being maligned be a trusted friend or associate.  This book is for anyone who finds themselves in the throws of helplessness and even the feeling of being disappointed in God.  You will be impacted by scripture that confirms every point made within the pages of my story.

Dear one, there is hope for you today.  Avail yourself to the true testimony of God's healing power and allow Him to change your life.  This marvelous Verse can be your testimony as it is mine.

Psalms 40:1-3

1. I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined unto me and heard my cry.

2. He brought me up also out of the miry clay and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.

3. And He has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.
